This sauce is so simple to it feels weird writing a recipe for it, but it's tangy flavor is the perfect addition to fish and will add some much needed fat.
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- Add all ingredients to a small spot and whisk at medium heat until combined and creamy.
A lot of fish recipes include lemon or some other sour taste to complement the fish, but in this recipe, that's achieved with the cream cheese. It would be a great addition to chicken or any fish but I like preparing it with salmon.
