Hi, I'm Kat!

I'm a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and have been diving deep into all things nutrition since 2014. I spent several years teaching college classes for the US Air Force and started applying my nutrition certification with classes and individual counselling on low-carb for metabolic health.

Now I am thrilled to be bringing nutrition education back to how it all began for me: my faith in God!
